"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. "Our flight was cancelled so we needed a reasonable hotel near the airport. This hotel was great it was reasonably priced and breakfast was included. Our flight was before breakfast so they packed us breakfast boxes which was nice. We had amazing rooms out our windows. The bathroom was large and clean. Definitely a great stay for our purpose."

"Great place for the price! The location was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was so good! Our room had a slight musty odor to it, but really nothing too bad and might have just been because of the proximity to the ocean. Would recommend overall!"

"We were well received with staff helping with our bags immediately. Note, if you do want your luggage right away, don't use their luggage service as it is not immediate. Room was large and comfortable. We had an oceanview room with balcony. For the smokers, balcony has ashtrays! Bathroom was large with separate toilet door. Small note, that one of the 2 sinks was a bit backed up. That is truly the only small thing.

"We were forced to book this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight and no other options. It was incredibly expensive and not worth the cost. The hotel is very old and outdated and the wifi does not work. We were able to check in late and the room was clean but I would not stay there again for that price. Definitely taking advantage of low inventory on the island"

"The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. "A very good hotel with an excellent breakfast and great amenities. The room we stayed in—located on the floor 0 felt a bit dated; upon entering, there was a noticeable stale odor. In the evenings, there is wonderful live music in the bar and a very pleasant atmosphere. It is an adults-only hotel, though I would say its 55+. I recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!"
