"The whole stay was underwhelming -Poor check-in experience -Spa very average ok massage but no way is the price justified I booked for our anniversary not worrying about the price thought it would be special it wasn’t had a better massage at local Thai shop for £60 - Bar poor choice beers local unheard of stuff tasted of nothing want him and tonic expected at least a final 5 Star hotel to have good tonic ie fevertree or Schweppes nope some london essence stuff nothing like tonic water -Food for lunch little choice ended up with flat bread which could have been frozen from a supermarket so poor was quality - Dinner even worse a real lack of choice ended up with pasta dish which had very little taste - Breakfast was worse why is 5 star hotel doing Buffett cold overcooked food and since when does English breakfast only have American style streaky bacon ?? Coffee was tasteless and I ran out of patience waiting for my toast to cook - The best part was the doorman welcome and departure nice experience I guess from that you’ll gather I won’t be back to any Fairmont forever in my mind as overpriced for average experience "

"Arrived late so dinner was just finishing, able to order a coffee, or alcohol. But nothing else the coffee bar had space to sell other items like biscuits or cakes (Perhaps in the future). We wasnt told about a neurovirus outbreak the week before. A couple of guests mentioned it. Which explained why alot of cleaning was going on. Hence the 3 stars in parts of the review. Room was very nice and very clean. Spa again nice, but people allowed to lane swim outside the lane swim area, which was problamatic and 1 guest particularly unpleasant when he got in our way! Can't blame the hotel for his manners but he sbould be directed to the correct part of the pool. Breakfast, all staff very attentive, but let down by quality of products especially the sausages and bacon. Porridge however was excellent. Overall stay was pleasant and would stay again."

"This hotel is extremely big; many rooms are in flat-style blocks that feel disjointed from the main hotel, but it's good for big events. The drinks are at a high premium rate but the staff lack knowledge of how they should be served. The pool is family-friendly, so it's not good for couples looking to relax. Our bathroom needed some TLC, the bath panel had blown, however, Penhaligons soap is a nice treat. The outside areas are lovely for walks. "

"The team here are wonderful and so accommodating. They always go above and beyond to help me out and make me feel welcome. The woman who helped me this trip was excellent and made suggestions to help me out for my next stay as well. I didn't get her name, but she was a dark haired French person. The pub is clean with great food and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. I always like the extra touches of the radio, a little drink, and the comfortable soft sheets."

"Coworth Park truly was the perfect place for us to unwind after our wedding before heading off on our honeymoon from Heathrow Airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, so warm, friendly, and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, including some lovely thoughtful treats that made it even more memorable. The food was absolutely out of this world, every meal felt like a real experience in itself. The freestanding bath tub and marshmallow bed were truly so relaxing. And the grounds are simply stunning; such a peaceful, beautiful setting that made it the perfect place to rest and soak everything in after such a big occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our honeymoon."

"What a stay! From the approach the hotel is spectacular, followed by the staff. Every member of staff we spoke to was incredibly polite and professional. I would like to call out the lady who served our drinks from the cocktail bar as well as the restaurant from the Tudor Pass, both were absolutely exceptional. One final mention of the chef at the Pass, just wow, not just the meal but the story for every plate and the link to the region and hotel. An utterly exceptional place, stay and staff and we will most certainly be repeat customers"
