"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"It was a short stay but very nice! The hotel staff is very helpful and the room was awesome. It was a big room with all the amenities you need. I also had a lovely massage and facial while I was there."

"We had a great stay at Lastarria Apartment. Our 2-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent! It is right in the heart of the pretty Lastarria neighborhood, with many restaurants, cafes, artisan market, attractions within walking distance. Great vibe area for sure! We also felt very safe walking around the area, both during the day and in the evening. Overall, it was a wonderful...
