"Room as advertised. Staff were helpful when I had to arrive after midnight. Only small issues were tv stand being a bit broken so it was at an angle and it being unclear if we needed to bring our own washing up liquid for cutlery etc."

"We're used to hotels having AC. Unfortunately, this supplies a small electric fan to help cool the room. While our current hotel has 4 fluffy pillows per bed, these beds had a single, very thin flat pillow. Thankfully, my memory foam neck pillow worked perfectly under the pillow, to provide the elevation ..."

"Immaculately clean, very impressed with design and structure of the loft. Super comfy beds, very bright and airy space. Loved it and would highly recommend. Close to metro and shopping, would book again for sure. Staff is friendly and happy to assist. Overall a wonderful stay!!"
