Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af super venligt og imødekommende personale – præcis den varme og autentiske velkomst, vi altid håber på, når vi rejser. Hotellet ligger virkelig centralt – kun få minutters gang fra Vesterport Station. Det er nemt at komme hertil fra lufthavnen: Tag den gule metro til Nørreport og skift til S-toget direkte til Vesterport, som ligger lige overfor hotellet. Så...

"The Spa was very enjoyable, very clean well maintained. The was a delight, very good size however we did get a free upgrade to a large double. The location was perfect for us, we practically able to walk to all of the major attractions and restaurants we need, would highly recommend this hotel "

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gefallen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein,aber sehr sauber und auch die Betten sind gemütlich. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend, nicht viel Auswahl, aber alles frisch und lecker. Die Umgebung sehr sehenswert, modernes Viertel, sogar einige Badestellen in der Nähe. S-Bahn und Metro Stationen in 5 Minuten erreichbar."

"The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition and clean however if you have courtyard room, be prepared for noises. There were noises from someone dragging the bin around midnight and early morning construction (7-8 am). Barely able to get good sleep."
