"nice and helpful staff! but, I wouldn't go back just because the hotel rooms are outdated and don't have storage space. also, when we went to check out, they charged us for three water bottles when we only drank one. I don't know if the cleaning person drank them or if they forgot to restock after the last person, but it was definitely overwhelming that we had to pay for something that we didn't drink. other than that, my experience was wonderful."

"This was my first trip to Rio, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Well maintained property and rooms, and at a great location along Atlantico Blvd. The breakfast options could have been more, but it was good overall (had an omelet bar station). I would absolutely stay here again when I come back!"
