"Convenient, clean, quiet, comfortable enough, expensive for what it offers. Check in wasn’t helpful…too many unnecessary questions like hand over boarding pass for previous flight. Bento box dinner was poor. Lounge breakfast was a bit sad but toast and scrambled eggs was ok-ish. Glad to leave."

"Claire was extra ordinarily supportive with our request. She went extra mile for our staycay. Truly enjoyed our stay. “Property” is refurbished given the fact that we give our buses 2nd life. Other than that, great location and environment. "

"We were a family of 3, 2 adults and one infant. That said, the room was too small with barely any room to walk around in with 2 carry-on luggages, 2 back packs and a travel stroller. For a solo traveler, I’d say this is perfect. Otherwise, the location is perfect as it is right where the Jewel Rain Vortex is at, as well as hundreds of great dining and shopping options if you have a long lay over. The afternoon staff was very friendly and accommodating as well."
