"The first room reeked of cigarettes despite booking a non-smoking room, and the bathroom was filthy. I requested a new room and was provided one; unfortunately, this room was also filthy. It did smell of cleaning chemicals, so I’m sure someone went in and did the bare minimum. There were stains all over the walls, paint peeling off, a dried noodle stuck to the wall, and the fridge had dents all over it from what I assume was someone punching it. There was also a clump of hair matted above the stove, and the bathtub was gross as well, etc. Unfortunately, my booked three-night stay turned into just an overnight stay, and I checked out the next morning"

"The breakfast was amazing. We loved it. But the room was horrible. The sofa bed was a horrible uncomfortable mattress. There was throw up in the sink that housekeeping had not cleaned up. Dirty baseboards."

"The staff was great at check-in very helpful and quick. The Ruth Chris steakhouse attached to the hotel is a nice touch as well, they did an awesome breakfast buffet and to order breakfast."
