Upon check-in the staff member he was great,my room was a queen size non smooking room however the comforter had 2 cigarette burn holes in it, which I replaced with my own bedding ,the refrigerator on the inside needed to be cleaned out from food residue from previous guest ,the floor was very sticky .I went back to the front desk and notified management about the issues with my room which he corrected himself.The smoke detector was missing.Guest 2 doors down were arguing.

Store with Burger King next door. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. They did spray for bugs consistently to keep them in check. Can’t beat price for week. Lot of long term folks living there. Company vehicles did not get broken into which is a big plus

Booked and paid for a room. When I got there they refused to honor my room. Expidea even called and try to understand why they didn't rent the room. Then expedia changed my hotel but put us in a dangerous area nasty run down hotel that was actually cheaper than what I paid. Overall horrible experience

If you have health issues and can’t be in a smoking room it would probably be best to stay elsewhere. My no smoking room smelt like someone had been smoking in it for 10 years. I got the travel insurance so I was able to go stay elsewhere. Staff was rude, she ignored me and then said my room was clean when that wasn’t my issue, I have health issues and the smell was triggering them. There are also roaches!

The room smelled like smoke. I was there on a Saturday night and music was blasting people were screaming and yelling. I did not feel safe there and I certainly didn't wanna leave my car in the parking lot. I was afraid it was gonna get broken into. I left by 9 PM and got another room in a better part of town.

I reserve the room in the expedia app and I go to the studio 6. And I go to the front office and then the lady just told me it's not more rooms and its not her problem y just sleep in the parking but they never give me back my money in my card and she just go to the back and close the door and turn off the lights of the front office

Most disgusting place EVER

The only good part of this was the customer service from the young gentleman helping me up front. He first gave me a room and the smell was disgusting. It smelled like a combinations of cigars and cigarettes with a dash of B.O. no way could I stay there so the young guy up front went and cleaned another room for me. It still smelled like cigarettes but a lot better. The place was disgusting though. The ceiling was leaking and about to cave in. And I killed a couple cockroaches!!! There are also a bunch of shady people everywhere did not feel safe. Never would I ever stay here again. The whole building needs to be torn down.

My fiancee and I had booked the hotel in advance and called a day before arriving. Got to the hotel and we were told by a young woman that they weren't renting any rooms. I promptly told her that we had a reservation and called the night before. She then proceeded to tell us that the lone housekeeper called out, no one would be on the property to clean rooms til 9pm, and we even offered to clean the room ourselves. She still told us "No.." Good thing our Lyft driver was very nice and helpful by taking us to another hotel up the street after making another reservation. Stay away, it has a 24 hour store and Burger King near there, but this place does not really want real business. Oh, and I can't forget (always make sure your cards are froze) the hotel tried to charge my card for a 1 night stay. I booked the hotel and wanted to pay at the property. Please stay away, keep your cards locked, and Expedia should take this hotel off their listing.

The shower walls were very dirty and needed cleaning. The floor throughout my room was very dirty. Also the bed sheets didn't look clean and the comforter on the bed was also dirty. With all the people standing around in the hallways and around the parking lot, I didn't feel very safe
