"Exceptional room. Amazing staff. Excellent wifi and breakfast. The location on Plaza de Armas can’t be beat. So walkable. We loved our stay! We had one hiccup. We asked for early check-in. Reception said none was available. Upon arriving at approximately 5:30 AM after a 16 hour overnight bus ride, we asked again. Reception said they could store our bags. Check-in was 1pm. Then they said for $50 USD we could check in early. We declined and stored our bags. We went for breakfast with fellow travellers. All were able to check in early for free at their hotels. When we returned from breakfast around 9am and asked to wait on the terrace, we were informed our room was ready and our luggage was in it. We were very, very happy and booked a few more nights. "

"I have no complaints about the hotel but their employee Aaron in the onsite restaurant. I had a shoe repaired at a local shop which unfortunately was closed before my flight. In a pinch, I approached Aaron to help get it and mail it to my hotel in Cusco or Lima. He asked for 50 soles cash for his trouble and mailing cost. Never got my shoes and he didn’t answer my messages. "

"My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett"
