"We booked and the room wasn't cleaned. They gave us key cards and waiting till the room was cleaned. Came back hours later to find someone sleeping in our room. Worst experience ever. Left the hotel around 11:30 after getting confirmed refund. I wont not stay here."

Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland
"This hotel needs a total make over. Out first room a king room the bed was filthy they moved us to a so calked queen room suite the bed was old and uncomfortable. One of the outside windows was literally broken. I would not recommend this place."

Downtown Cleveland
