"Breakfast was understaffed causing outages of coffee and various food and service items. The single staff person was overwhelmed. Since it's a festival weekend, they should have anticipated needing extra staff, especially since they are charging such high rates!"

"Great location. Heated salt water pool. Great hearty buffet breakfast every morning (included) and restaurant on site for dinner and drinks. Every room has waterfront view. Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets."

"This two-night stay was the last of three during a vacation we had taken to clear our heads after two personal tragedies in our family, so we were really hoping for a restful and comfortable final leg of the trip. Unfortunately, the room did not match the description and felt overpriced for what we received. The air conditioning unit was noisy and temperamental, and the carpet had visible stains. While the bed itself was comfortable, I did find a stray hair on it as soon as we arrived, which...

"My wife and I loved our stay! Breakfast was amazing, the view and property in general was beautiful, the room was clean and perfectly sufficient for us, and we loved being right outside of Camden and not too far from everywhere else. Really wonderful spot, and we'll be back!"

"Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Thus all bags large and small had to be carried up the stairs then down again at the end of our stay. The room did gave a balcony with 2 chairs and a nice view of the harbor. Parking was available"

"There were no refrigerator in room ,no coffee pot..the carpeting was sooo dirty it smelled horrific..the windows? Wow a room with a view? They were soo filthy you couldn't see out..I thought we were staying in one place, got moved to different building the one that smelled horrific..all in all..I wouldn't recommend it"

"This is an older coastal hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here! It is extremely convenient for dining and shopping. We boarded a whale/puffin excursion just across the parking lot. Parking was convenient. I would certainly stay here again and am looking forward to doing that!"

"Had no idea that the hotel was going to be under construction and the scaffolding was right outside my window with men working on it windows were covered up with plastic. Complained about the people above me not sure what was going on. I wasn’t sure if there was kids with scooters going back-and-forth or a large dog, but it was driving me crazy I called down three times and went down to the front desk and got no answers or any solution."
