"This is the 5th time I have stayed at this property. I absolutely love it! They treat us like family. We arrived late and they gave us rooms on the 3rd floor. There’s no elevator and we are all retired with various health issues. They promptly got us 2 rooms on the 1st floor. The night before we checked out, we each received a gift basket of Dulces de Chiapas along with a thank you note. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, walkable to many restaurants and shopping."

"San Cristóbal per se es un lugar re lindo y este hotel no es la excepción, tiene mucho potencial, pero desaprovechado: áreas verdes, una terraza y buenísima ubicación, pero su punto flaco es el mantenimiento y la limpieza. Sus anfitriones los gatitos son que tienen en área comunes son de los más amigables, solo que si vas en plan de descanso no creo que se la opción porque por las noches en la terraza hay música en volumen alto que hace imposible el descanso."

"This place was off the historic center, I enjoy the stay in the 2 bed apartment. To get to, it requires a narrow side walk walk. They offer a few parking spots but can be challenging to access if traffic is heavy. After 10pm, they lock the property and you have to hit a buzzer to get in. I was not informed about this so I thought I was locked out for the night until I saw a buzzer above head level. I had a good stay. "
