"This hotel is in a great location for travelling from Liverpool Airport! Access is easy and rooms are quiet and comfortable with all the amenities tea/coffee and iron! We missed breakfast because of an early flight. Continental is served from 4am and buffet from 6am. I have added a pic which shows the departure terminal across from the hotel this was taken from our room. Highly recommended 👌"

"Our room was wonderful and the hotel was the perfect base for our trip, but the breakfast set up was awful. Food running out, cutlery and plates, running out. Massive queues for the coffee machines etc it was chaos. For such a big hotel, it needs to be better organised. Also, when we were there they were showing one of the England games in the bar, which we were really pleased about but the bar is tiny, the screen seemed smaller than the one we had in our room and the sound was off!! "Had a suite with a large balcony ideal in the hot weather. Room amenities were fab even with a stocked mini fridge."

"all good really, Just upset on the friday night there was no bar open. We had to go to petrol station to buy wine instead and had it in our room. Reception very friendly. Also no signs on the main road to say where the hotel was. Its set back from main road but address says edge lane. Its behind shell garage if we knew that it would have been big help."

"We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave. If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time."

"Short walk(10min) to the docks and easy access to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby Lack of lift so if you have big luggages, it would be a challenge to carry up a few flight of stairs. Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. So that 2 nights stay wasn’t very pleasant. As this was a work trip, I think having a desk would be...
