Very nice clean hospitable. Breakfast was nice and the inky thing was it doesn’t have an elevator but the staff carried the suitcases up and down the steps.

Thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. The hotel and its location seemed to be the best in Surin for us. We would have liked more variety at breakfast — by the end of the 6th day it became a bit repetitive. Also, one of the two rooms did not match the photos on Expedia: there was no mirror and no sofa. Otherwise, everything was good. We wish you further growth and improvement!

Would call it a hotel rather than a resort however terrific experience for my and 2 young kids. Staff, in particular Peter and Fern, as well as the restaurant servers were genuinely accommodating and friendly. The beach is beautiful although the waves are quite intense for young kids. Overall a great stay!

Great hotel

Nice hotel, great location. No elevator, which is a slight inconvenience. Short walk to shops, restaurants and massage places. Less than 5min walk to the beach. Staff are wonderful.

Outrigger Surin Beach

Hotel and restaurant staff are all very friendly and eager to please. Not much to see or do immediately near the hotel. Unless you are a surfer. There is a great surfing beach directly across the street. Made for some great people watching. Hotel is a bit dated but clean.

It’s a great experience!!

All staff, whether reception, waitress, housekeeper or security, are very friendly and helpful. very very nice. Although it’s not located in prime area, it still a great hotel for me. There are some shop, local market and beach nearby. Just ask the receptionist, she is very helpful. In addition, the hotel chief cooks very well. 全部員工不論前台、待應、打掃人員甚至保安都非常友善，而且非常熱心助人。雖然不是位於熱門地點，但附近走遠一點可以找到一些餐廳，本地店鋪，而且有個沙灘，很少人，所以整體感覺都很滿意。有甚麼問題例如附近好逛的地方、餐廳，也可以問前台員工，她非常熱心。另外值得一提他們酒店的餐廳，出奇地好吃。

An amazing hotel experience!!

An AMAZING hotel experience! I’ve travelled quite a lot with many experiences, but we loved everything about this hotel! The excellent service the staff provided stood out the most to us- always on their toes, superhelpful and caring! We always felt seen and welcomed. The hotel area is so pretty and gives off a nice surfer-friendly, luxurious vibe. They let us have a room more suited for our needs, with a private pool :)) Room was super clean, light, bed was good size and very soft and comfy (unlike most beds in Thailand perhaps), nice outdoor area and design details you just want to take home! The beach is a 2 min walk across the road between a pond and a cute park. Also- massage session was amazing as well as the food! I’d recommend anyone to stay here and hope I will be back soon!

Wonderful stay at Outrigger hotel in Surin! Highly recommend staying here. ( I am very fussy) arrived late at night, check in was fast and easy hotel to find with Grab. The first room was very noisy( slamming doors, paper thin walls) immediately I was upgraded to a bigger room with private pool. Guide(manager) listened to all my concerns and solved them swiftly. New room was beautiful, quiet ( except when a family checked in above me, kids jumping and banging Around) the private pool was cold and I loved it. The hotel is beautiful and clean. A walk across the street to Surin beach ( they have security to help you cross) the beach has bigger waves, lots my prescription glasses in the ocean. guide brought me my spare glasses to the beach so I could see! The breakfast is good and changes. The service here!! Omg it’s so good. All smiles. Everyone said hi and checked on me. I was solo and 6 months pregnant. I felt very safe and taken care of. The only down side is that people can smoke in the seating outside the restaurant and with the doors open your eating while breathing in second hand smoke. It’s a shame because it’s toxic for our health. They did offer to bring me my breakfast to my room( since I’m pregnant) but I also want to enjoy the restaurant. I think they should not allow smoking at the pools or restaurant for everyone’s health. Other than that I would go back 100% the staff made my week there amazing! Thank you Outrigger team! Thank you Guide!! Best manager!

Tha staff were very friendly and so so helpful. Always polite and cheerful. The hotel was very clean and new. We had a family suite, so it was on the third floor and had one more flight of stairs to the bedroom upstairs. No elevators, so got my workout each day. Bathroom was clean and large with an awesome huge shower. Location was great and just a shortwalk to Surin Beach. Two nice pools.

So outrigger is an excellent hotel chain. It is a true higher end 4 star hotel. That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket. Also the breakfast is top notch as well;)
