"We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay...

"The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean but there was a leak from the cold water tube at the sink so we woke up to a puddle of water. The room was away from road noise but the walls are very thin and we could hear the conversation from the people in the next room."

"We were in the newly renovated room facing the lake. It was awesome! I quickly regretted booking for just 1 night. It has a $150 deposit and $15 parking fee per night."
