Staff were very helpful and friendly

We stayed in a room with a tatami area and an open air bath for three nights. For a special occasion, this hotel is worth the premium! The hotel and the staff were welcoming, and the room was very spacious and clean. The addition of a private open air bath with the room was wonderful, which was a very relaxing experience. The rooms were nice (I expected the kettle, the cups and the small fridge, but not the microwave and the washing machine), the staff were great, the breakfast buffet was generous, the location was excellent - all that, and the price was very reasonable too.

I would give 6/5 stars if I could. The staff all were brilliant and helpful, from dinner recommendations, to help with calling taxis and just being prepared for all requests and queries. Especially as my Japanese was not good. The concept of the hotel is very cool. The music in the lounge each night was well picked for the atmosphere. We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant hotel - friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and very accessible for many of the Sapporo sights (including the snow festival). Good access to bars and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was excellent quality and - for me - was the icing on the cake.

The South Wing is likely to be renovated not far

Staff are nice and professional with good English, they are helpful and smile a lot. The room is clean with morden design, the public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view, the breakfast buffet has many choices: ramen, curry soup, ice cream machine, etc and tasty.

Overnight stay in a clean comfortable room! Helpful staff and breakfast was excellent
