"We did not enjoy our staf here. The young guy working on the front desk was rude abd not accommodating. We are senior citizens. We didnt know there is no elevator in the hotel. The guy on the desk said we would gave to pay an extra $10.00 per night for a room on the main floor. We're on a fixed budget. "Although I found the property and staff excellent, I only gave a good review as I found a few things lacking in the room e.g. no tissues (at least I didn't find any), no body lotion (again I didn't find any). The swimming pool was great - nicely heated. The restaurant was good for the type of hotel. Bed was comfortable but lighting in room a little dim. TV was good but 2 channels had no sound?? Would recommend for the very reasonable price per night."

"I paid a 100.00 security deposit and still have not received the credit for it. Room was in excellent condition when we left. Reception said it would take up to a week to get the credit on CCard back. Its been a week and still no credit for the 100.00."

"The room was clean but needed a fresh coat of paint to cover paint chips in the walls. The bathroom door need a good washing to remove spots. The bathroom needed new chalking. The breakfast even though continental was definitely minimal compared to other hotels. The staff only greeted us as we walked through the lobby after we spoke to them. The parking was great. The bed frame stuck out into the bathroom doorway so that it was a hazard especially at night. "

"The used condom i found at the edge of the bed that was barely hiding in the morning made me feel disgusted. Happy to send pictures. Wish i looked when i got into the room. I usually stay here when in london but disgusted. I feel so dirty and left earlier than i wanted to. I felt so dirty. I understand its a cheaper property but really. Stains above the condom on the sheets too!"
