"Sadly the floors are not washed well. Same drop of blood was there after 5 days when I left. Never smelled cleaners or disinfectant...just seen dirty mop and reused rags. The mould in the showers is NASTY. The young fellas do an ok job with what they have but they need to invest in some thorough time to clean...disenfect. The pool as well...😬. "

"受付のスタッフの方々がとても親切に対応してくださった。ピピ島までのフェリーの割引料金や、パッケージツアーの案内など、私の要望に沿っていろんな案を提案してくれた。また、不明点は旅行代理店にその場で電話をかけ確認を取ってくれた。また、将来カフェを開くにあたって、抹茶ラテの試飲をさせてもらった。旅行者の目線に立ったサービスをしてくれて、大変満足だ。
男女混合部屋に泊まったが、夜中に誰かが床を踏み歩くときにギシギシ大きな音で揺れて、ベッドの脇を通る度に気になってあまりよく眠れなかった。"
