"Breakfast was good and lot of selection coffee service was kinda slow as each cup had to be ordered from the waitress and due to the small sizes of the cups this created a backlog as most guest ordered multiple ones "

"We LOVED this place! This was our second visit and still blown away by how beautiful and relaxing the time is! The rooms are clean, spacious, AC is great, hot water is great, staff is great, room service is great, beach and pools are great, the food is amazing! We would go again and again and bring friends any time! Cons: there can be a lot of walking to room depending on where you stay. My wife had a sprained knee and had to ascend and descend 3 stories of stairs to make it to the pickup point to drive us to breakfast. Also the laundry is quite expensive and they don't do by Kilo laundry service so I calculated a week's worth of laundry would have cost $175 USD to be done at the hotel (pay by the piece). We instead walked 30 minutes to a sweet shop and it was $15 USD for 5 kilos."

"Amazing hotel and service. We enjoyed an upgraded room near the pool. There are a lot of stairs but they run a very efficient shuttle. Beautiful grounds and a good location. Close to the beach but away from the busy town. "

The complementary breakfast and cocktail hour at the Club Pakarang were itself worth the price paid for the room! Overall, Amari Phuket is an amazing resort where any discerning visitor would love to make their base for a memorable Phuket vacation."

"Great stay the Mandarava!! Rooms were very spacious, clean, and nice. Views spectacular. Pools were awesome and many to choose from. Restaurants and food were very good. Resort in walking distance to beach with a shuttle also provided. Staff was fantastic!! And the spa was very impressive also. "
