Such a wonderful central location… next to Leicester Square and Chinatown

Central location. Lovely room. Great check-in staff. Cocktail bar was understaffed at times and staff were not very attentive at other times.

Great hotel in a fantastic spot right in Leicester Square really friendly staff always trying to help. Only problem I had is the bar didn’t stop open for long enough last orders at 10:30 at night it stated on flyers around the hotel bar open from 12:00 till late 10:30 is not late and then we were told that the lifts will be switched off in 10 minutes

It was in the middle of the west end theatre district. Which was ideal for me. Plus close by the other tourist spots we came to see

This location is right in the middle of bustling soho and China city - honestly, a great location. The property is really nice and spacious, comfortable and would suit a couple or individual for up to 7-10 nights easily. It has a great specification and nice layout, it is relatively quiet being at the back of the street. There is some natural ‘city’ related noises so if you’re a light sleeper then bring ear plugs! I am a light sleeper and I was fine the 2nd night with my ear plugs - most...

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
