"We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff."

"The good: The staff is EXTREMELY helpful! They communicated very clearly through Expedia how parking worked, and that we needed a reservation with a garage 100m away.
