Thanks for your hospitalities. What I feel good: Email responses are rapid. Made me feel very comfortable as a tourist. “Free to use” kitchen is very convenient. Hot shower is a must for me after a long flight and it is there. What I don’t feel good: When I put my breakfast like fruits on the glass table which is under the TV, it came with a legion of ants in my room. I believe there should be some kinds of nest somewhere inside the room. I hope you can find out the reasons asap before putting in the next resident. Best regards and I hope to see you again in my next summer vacation.

Not clean, good situation

Smell humidity in all the room, towels smell like no washed and dryed in a humid area. Commune area has a only few elements, not so clean. Situation is good.

Close to Churches and chocolate! Very nice but the kitchen needs some help with a coffee pot for in the morning and a stove that works/microwave also with easy instructions. Easy checkin/out but not very mobility restricted friendly. An elevator would help! Overall very nice! Grazie Mille

Great hotel fantastic location (other than it’s behind the main road but one cobble stone road away). St. Peter’s Festival was happening the night we stopped, so the main road was shut down as pedestrian and it was fantastic! The hotel beds were so great compared to others we’ve visited. Only one complaint, the air conditioner….if you can call it that, it didn’t work much at all and as the place is nice and eco friendly (which we do like) it could not be kept on in order to keep it any sort of decent temperature, thank goodness the evening cooled off a bit. But we loved the place and would stay again or tell our friends. We would just check that the air was working better next time before bed time.

Piccola struttura gradevolmente rinnovata, con accesso senza personale, ma molto ben organizzata per il check in automatico attraverso messaggi wp. La camera era molto piccola ma con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve. Mancava la colazione, ma il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo è stato veramente ottimo.

trés bien situé dans Modica proche de tout. belle chambre et trés propre, je recommande cet établissement sauf peut être aux personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer. Escalier raide (c'est bon pour la santé) et couloir cela fait un peu labyrinthe En conclusion trés bien

Posizione strategica, moderno all’interno e con tutti i comfort, anche in cucina. Attenzione solo alle tante scale soprattutto al secondo piano. Pulito. Check in autonomo eccellente. Gestori gentilissimi. Modica bellissima.

Lo chiamerei ostello old town

Il B&B assomiglia più ad un ostello, organizzati con uno spazio comune per le colazioni la camera ha tutto ciò che è necessario per il soggiorno. L’ unica pecca il condizionatore emanava un odore sgradevole. Siamo rimasti delusi dal check in ... eravamo alloggiati nella dependance ... avremmo gradito di essere accompagnati (come ci è successo in altre occasioni).
