"As a family of four visiting Tokyo Disney, we really appreciated the convenience, spacious room, and little extra touches that made our stay so comfortable.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from Maihama station, unfortunately, there wasn’t one operating when we arrived around 1:30 PM. We decided to walk to the hotel instead. It’s definitely doable if you don’t mind getting your steps in! There’s also free shuttle service to and from Tokyo Disney Resort, Disneyland, and DisneySea that runs every 15 minutes.
Our room was VERY spacious and clean! 4 twin beds with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Toilet in a separate room from the stand-up shower, bathtub, and powder room. It made getting everyone ready so much easier!
The hotel restaurant, The Compass, serves a breakfast buffet. Lawson located on 1st floor, open 24hrs.
Laundry room included 10 washer/dryer combo machines.
The staff were patient, friendly, and welcoming; greeted guests as they entered or exited hotel.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! Between the spacious room, family-friendly amenities, convenient shuttle service, and genuinely welcoming staff, this hotel was a great choice for our Disney trip.
