Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout our stay was consistently friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The resort grounds were stunning—immaculately kept, with plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. What stood out most was how family-friendly the resort is. From activities for the kids to helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, it really made for a stress-free and memorable holiday. "

"The room is clean, decor needs updating. Onsen bath was exceptional, clean, relaxing, therapeutic, can potentially wipe away aches and pains of body and mind. Staff are polite, helpful and treats guests with courtesy. I did not try restaurant, but plans to do so next time, as the menu looks good and prices are reasonable. Free shuttle service to shops and airport was well appreciated. Thank you ART Hotel for my wonderful stay."
