"As always, our arrival at the hotel was excellent. The check-in staff were welcoming and attentive, and the building greets you with a very pleasant, clean scent. Parking at the hotel is quite expensive at £20 for 24 hours, so we chose to park just across the street for £8.50 instead. Breakfast was excellent, featuring choices to suit every palate. While the price may seem a bit expensive when booking, the incredible variety and quality made it well worth the money in reality. The staff were highly welcoming, and their allergen awareness practices were the best I have experienced at any hotel. Our room was clean and featured a large TV. While the bathroom was clean, the corners behind the door could use a minor paint touch-up to remove a slightly grubby look. Additionally, the furniture showed some wear and tear, including a rather large dent in the dressing table, making it feel a bit rough around the edges. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. We have stayed here before, and we will definitely stay here again."
