"Quick check in which is appreciated after a long day out. No space in the hotel car park but the multi-storey was probably easier and not much more expensive. Rooms are great and quiet, even on a Saturday night"

"We were looking for somewhere comfortable to stay while attending an event in the area. The friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, lovely grounds to walk around and sit out in, and a good range of lovely food for breakfast in a lovely and clean room surrounded by windows that look out over the grounds made this a most pleasant stay. We would highly recommend it. The only grumble from my husband was the traditional English breakfast which is served includes only one sausage and one hash-brown!"
