"I booked this hotel last minute because a flight delay caused me to miss my connection and be stuck in Paris for about 30 hours. I arrived at the hotel and the staff was so kind and welcoming. They had warm tea available which was great because I did not have clothes for winter in Paris and was freezing! "Great location staff is amazing near louvre and walking to many stores and places to eat. IMPORTANT NOTE it is in the Asian part of Paris be prepared to have these options to eat. Not a deal breaker for my was great but thought there be more French food options. Don’t let this deter you just a side note. The staff made me feel like family. The breakfast was 7 out of 10 and was well priced. Please say high to Fabio he is great."

"On arrival, the receptionist Lucie was very helpful and checked me in pretty quickly, she also was able to secure me later checkout as well which made my last day much more enjoyable, my room was brilliant and had everything I needed. The spa was great and included with the room I had purchased. When I was leaving the receptionist held my bags for me so I could still enjoy the city one last time before heading home. "Fantastic staff in this very modern/space aged (Jetsons came to mind) hotel. Everything from check in to room temps is controlled via iPad. Young, funky vibe. Rooms are tiny but well designed and have all you need! Location is nice, just steps off of rue du Montmartre. There was a funky off-gassing stink every so often (the 3am one kept waking me up) and it dissipates quickly -from the street? Not sure. Very clean overall. I will stay here again. "
