"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel after 3 weeks on the road. We called ahead and they changed our room from the 2nd floor (no elevator) to the first floor, which was very handy for moving all our luggage. This was the only hotel that we have stayed in that you could use your key to get in either door...from the hallway and also directly from the outside where our car was parked. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space for luggage, etc. We really liked the numerous lights...

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had to leave early and were able to eat breakfast earlier which was great. The only complaint is that the showers weren't consistent, with the hot and cold water cutting in and out or the water only being boiling hot. This didn't last for the entire shower but was a little annoying. Otherwise, everything was great and it was a very pleasant stay!"

"Didn’t like the receptionist that night she should have had the day off cause she was sick. Like real sick. Then we were sent to the 3rd floor. No elevator in the building. Clean rooms, great breakfast !"

"Wouldn’t of booked if we read the reviews Booked in staff was friendly, got to our room looked nice but closer look dirt found on floor which was missed by cleaning staff. Light over sink didn’t work no real biggie but still? Got in bed we were tired long day, 5mins in bed something cut my eye it was a bedbug scampering across the sheets towards my wife. "This hotel is truly hidden gem. I’ve never seen a hotel this well maintain. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during check-in. Everyone was very happy to be there and happy that we were there as guests. This is the type of hotel that have staff that make you feel like you’re a special guest. The pool, restaurant, and rooms were all very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to any guests in the area as an experience if we had longer, we would make a day of it and enjoy the spa...
