The receptionist was incredibly helpful during my stay. On the day of my checkout, I had an unexpected itinerary issue, and she went out of her way to help me find a solution. The staff are also bilingual, which made communication easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for its excellent customer service.

Ever aspect of our stay was wonderful. The location, condition and cleanliness of the facility were all excellent. The staff were professional, efficient and above all personable. The breakfast was very nice. Sadly our French is quite poor howver the staff made sure that it was NOT an issue at all. We will stay at this facility when we return to the city.

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice and the beds very comfortable. This was a very quiet place to stay. There are two places right next to this hotel where one can buy food. That was a great convenience to have and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Dog friendly without weight limit ( lots hotels have the restrictions on weight which is not fair for large breeds like golden retriever ) . Very clean . Decent price. Will definitely stay with comfort inn again.

This hotel was booked for a night/rest stop travelling from PEI to Ontario - absolutely served the purpose - close to stores (very close) and McD's so walking was a possibility after checking in to pick up supplies or grab a bite on the way out in the morning.
