"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"This hotel was incredibly efficient for us as first-time travelers to Paris for our honeymoon. We stayed for 9 days, 8 nights, and it was a great value for the area. It’s located quite literally one block away from the Louvre and Tuileries Garden and about a 5-minute walk to the Palais Garnier and the Galaries Lafayette. We were able to walk to different areas all within 30-minutes such as Le Marais, Notre Dame, and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was helpful when we needed an extra keycard,...

"I sent my elderly parents for 7 nights at this hotel. My dad is just recovering from cancer so I wanted a nice comfortable hotel for them to relax. When they checking in they were told their room is in the “attic” on the 5th floor, and there are only elevators up to the 4th floor which is a real inconvenience for them so they asked to switch rooms. Hotel staff said they would look into it but they never got back to them. Very disappointing for the price I paid."

"Upon arriving, we were greeted by Quintin. He was very welcoming and gracious, and suggested places to eat nearby. Checking in was very easy and even though we arrived at noon, our room was ready to sleep. ALL main staff are A+! Now, if you are used to booking your rooms, you would know the size in which you’re comfortable sleeping on your own vs. w/your love one even your children (young or old). My husband booked our room, and I knew he was extremely disappointed at the size of our room...

"Angelica and Hugo were so friendly and helpful right from the start and throughout our five day stay. Rooms were cleaned daily. Good location and comfortable bed. Would definitely return."

"At the front desk they were really helpful and kind , was able to check in earlier than expected. Was very close to the metro and the place felt safe."

"I loved that it was on a street filled with restaurants, market stands, pharmacy, and convenience stores. Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Clean, cute, modern rooms. Did not try their breakfast as we wanted to try breakfast options outside of the hotel. The only downside was the tiny one person elevator; but will definitely consider staying again when visiting."

"Wonderful hotel! everything went smoothly. The lobby area and the room were very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was everything Highly recommend!"

"Location is good!"

"Very close to metro station. The breakfast is very nice and impressive. The room is clean and comfort. There is only 1 elevator and maximum capacity for 2 person with 2 luggage. The family room (suite) is on the 6th floor without elevator, you have to reach by elevator to 5th floor and then use the stairway to 6th floor. In conclusion it's worth the money and staying."

"Staff was great, but rooms are very small. Good for one or two nights but rooms definitely need some renovations. Also had to buy water several times so keep in mind there is no mini fridge or complimentary water in the lobby."

"Room was clean! Staff were all very friendly."

"Loved out stay. Very convenient spot in the city."

"The hotel is nice but small. My room was a decent size. The color scheme of the room was very dark. My room was clean. The location of the hotel was convenient to good restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower."

"Wonderful location, helpful staff, high standard of clean, delicious breakfast, loved being able to visit the other hotels for gym and refreshments. Brenda and Fabian were top notch."

"The location is very convenient for public transportation. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful."

"The staff is lovely, and the breakfast is outstanding"
