"Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Bed is great. Bathroom spacious and clean. Only issue was the functioning of the controls in sink and shower. It is not intuitive. Took me forever to figure out the shower. Also we learned that Portugal hotels require your passport info. Faro also wanted 2€ each person in cash for City Tax. Expedia should add this to the room cost. "

"Newly refurbished hotel. Still some building works going on but this wasn't a problem. Staff were helpful but many obviously new to the service industry with a bit to learn still. The gym was very good and we used this every day. Very clean everywhere. Very good breakfast choices but the hot food was consistently cold, not helped by no warmed plates. Would I return - yes.

"The hotel is a nice boutique hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed was hard. The hotel is a bit out of the way if you are doing things in Faro. The Expedia page says they have laundry facilities, they DO NOT. They will send your laundry out to be laundered(2Euro per shirt) ouch! "

Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet. Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings würden wir das nächstes Mal ohne Halbpension buchen. Es gibt Abends ein Menü, kein Buffet.
