Beautiful place and excellent service

Gorgeous hotel. We stayed as a family and the staff made it wonderful, including making amazing Gin and Tonics and mocktails with colouring and crayons for the kids - thoughtful and above&beyond.

Gostei bastante do hotel e dos funcionários. Quarto confortável. Bom estacionamento e pequeno-almoço. Very nice breakfast to set you up for the morning, the room Was pleasant with comfortable bed and bathroom was very clean. This position of this hotel was right for us to visit/explore/shop/eat in Loule, Vilamoura and surrounding areas. Easy parking. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a nice boutique hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed was hard. The hotel is a bit out of the way if you are doing things in Faro. The Expedia page says they have laundry facilities, they DO NOT. They will send your laundry out to be laundered(2Euro per shirt) ouch!

Good experience, did not like the private party.

Nice hotel with alot of cool antiques. + Pool area was very quiet and cozy. + Big private terrace with lots of furniture connected to the room. + Free parking + Cheap - No snackbar/resturant. - There was a big private birthday hosted in the pool area on our arrival, no room for guest in or around the pool. - Swimwear was ruined, probably way to much chlorine in the pool. - No freezer in room.

The hotel has a unique character and style - loved the decor with all the details. The room was very clean and felt well thought. Ofc the hotel is not next to the beach (we took an uber to go for a dinner), but I have nothing to complain about :) Pool was nice too!

Good little stopover hotel

Small and friendly hotel, it is situated on a busy roundabout and next to a train line - it is fine for a short stay/stopover for a night or two as there is a nice pool area to relax by but they only provide breakfast but no evening meal or entertainment and no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. There’s only a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well but overall the staff are very friendly and accommodating

it was quiet and away from the centre. a train track behind hotel and a main road in front. It was a quiet hotel in fairness. The room was ok with a view of the pool. The bed was a double and comfortable. The pool was clean and the sun loungers were great. A short 5-6 minute taxi ride to Falesia beach and Marina.I would stay here again.

Pictures are clearly no refection on this property. It's in need of a lot of updating and cleaning . No Aircon working in the room so was impossible to sleep, no food available in the hotel and poolside rules badly needed . I won't be back

L'accueil a été vraiment très chaleureux et la décoration des parties communes est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est ultra savoureux et très complet. La piscine dans son écrin de verdure, au calme, et le prêt de serviettes sont de véritables atouts !! Un parking avec une vingtaine de places se trouve juste devant l'hôtel. La déception a été d'autant plus grande quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre : malgré le grand lit très confortable, tous les autres équipements sont désuets. La salle de bain avec sa lumière blanche manque cruellement de confort. La douche fuit et n'est maintenue que par un fil. Aucun crochet pour mettre les serviettes, ni de porte rouleau WC, de petits insectes rampent sur le sol. L'insonorisation est totalement inexistante entre les chambres ou avec l'extérieur (nous étions du côté parking). C'est vraiment dommage, avec quelques améliorations, l'appréciation globale aurait pu être nettement plus positive.

Très bon hôtel mais avec un simple vitrage, réveillée par les voitures et le train. Lit moyen. Si vous réservez une chambre avec un grand lit et deux lits à une place, ces derniers correspondent à un canapé d’où on tire un lit une place en dessous. C’est OK pour des enfants seulement. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Poucos dias, muitas peripécias

A piscina é agradável. O peq almoço tinha o suficiente. Em apenas 3 dias consegui experienciar falta de água e falta de internet. Serviço de receção decepcionante, pois quando liguei do quarto ninguém atendeu e desconhecem procedimentos para resolver questões. À noite entrava-se no hotel e não davam por nada o que acaba por comprometer a segurança dos hóspedes. Tem muito para melhorar.

tres bien

tres belle piscine et bien chaude, beau balcon, par contre chambre assez petite (belle surprise frigo: non demandé et pas dans la description), personnel super, deco super, petit dej exceptionnel (jus frais, gateaux, vienoiseries, du chaud, des fruits ...), petit bémol la voie ferrée qui passe derriere la piscine (bruyant en journée) et les environs pas terribles, parking facile et gratuit.
