"The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. "

"The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place...

Arrived an hour early and checked in immediately.
I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu.
If you are ever in Cebu I highly recommend

"We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though."
