"Nice clean space, whit attentive staff."

"Hotel au pied de la cité de Carcassonne à petit prix en novembre. Studio 2 personnes très spacieux. Hotel qui a besoin d'une petite rafraîchissement. Coin cuisine incrusté de calcaire. Nous sommes venu en basse saison. Accueil pas très chaleureux mais correct. Les conduites d'eau font du bruit On entend bien quand les autres clients prennent la douche. Parking,boulloire et cafetière pas compris dans le prix , nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner Toute les portes extérieures tournent...

"The hotel is very traditional in style with the most charming staff (? owners.) As a solo woman traveller I appreciated that the area felt safe, although the main road is a little noisy. It’s easy to walk from the train station along the canal & everything I wanted to see was also walkable. "

"It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff."

"Our room was clean and warm, bedding spotless and toilet and bathroom were clean, didn't use much within the kitchen facilities, but it had eveything to self cater. Deco is a little dark and a little depressing, would look cheary with white walls, but it's acceptable. Nice swimming pool, very quiet, good sleeps! If you want peace and quiet, this would be suitable. Plenty parking and it is only 10 minutes to walk to the Medival City "
