"The staff were very attentive. The hotel is located at a quiet street which I like, quiet but not like in a dark alley or on a scary street. It is a safe neighbourhood and there is bus stop and tram stop nearby.The room and bathroom were spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in Europe"

"We had a last-minute stay there due to the train strike, and it was a great evening after all… The hotel was right there in the main Square plus near the train station. The staff was lovely and they have the most beautiful rooftop patio and bar. you have to check out."

El estado de las habitaciones impecables, la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable! El poder guardar las maletas para aprovechar el día es una gran ventaja. Los chicos de la recepción tuvieron un lindo detalle por nuestra luna de miel. Volvería 10 veces más y por muchas más noches, solo que la próxima vez reservaría una habitación un poco más...

"Absolutely best location! It was right in the middle of the everything! I could not be more happier with the hotel itself. Our room was amazing once we stepped in and the view was perfect. We were very immersed in the city and we could easily access just by stepping outside. The staff were also amazing! They were the friendliest and most welcoming community. It really felt like a second family. Thank you guys!! 100% would stay here again next time we’re in Firenze!! "
