"Housekeeping barged into room with do not disturb sign. Checkout was at noon but they made a mistake. Then falsely charged for “taking a water bottle” from the room, at checkout. Never took a water bottle plus I am a gold member which allows free water bottles. Victoria at front desk was rude and ..."
