"Not a great experience The hotel is very shabby. Bed uncomfortable and room old fashioned. There was a random table in mine taking up space the room didn’t have with no chairs for it. No hairdryer in the room, had to phone down and ask for it. The iron leaked all over a cream skirt, spitting mucky water on it and marking it. "Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi. Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful. We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel.
