First time visit. Would highly recommend. Check-in smooth and efficient, public areas very clean and welcoming I had a room on the 7th floor overlooking the bay. Large, clean, well equipped. Great location for fabulous restaurants. Will stay again

The hotel is good in terms of location and cleanliness, however the price does not reflect the the average standards of facilities, in particular the quality of breakfast....the buffet was basic and provided limited options, the eggs were hardly edible.

Hotel located in ideal location with stunning views. The Hotel smells amazing everywhere and I was kindly given a room upgrade and was so impressed with the room, amenities and especially the view. The breakfast was incredible also, highly highly recommended

The views from our balcony were stunning covering the Bay accross to Penarth. The bed and pillows soo comfortable and the room had everything you needed even if you wanted fresh milk or extra tea coffee etc. The breakfast selection was extensive they made porridge for me and eggs were cooked as preferred. The staff were amazing pleasant and nothing was too much trouble, cant wait to go back one day.
