"Easy, friendly check-in. Beautiful Spanish Hacienda styled property with uniquely appointed rooms. Room was clean and included complimentary water and snacks, and had a kettle and mini fridge. There were even comfy robes and beach towels. The ocean views from the second floor balcony room were lovely, a perfect place for morning coffee. Staff were friendly and accessible. "The hotels location is about the only thing it has going for it. The price you have to pay to be in a construction zone is more than it is worth the staff minus the valet staff was something you would expect from a motel 6 and charged the price of staying at a ritz Carlton which I would choose if rather than be placed from one inadiquite room to another. I paid for the room with balcony but there was no chairs at the balcony as it shows on the pictures. the carpet for the entire Hotel are smelly and dirty. I had to buy a new pillow cases and bed covers to be able to sleep due to the smell of the bed covers and pillow cases. there was no cleaning attendant.
