"Was contacted by Jennifer (very nice) THE DAY before we were to travel 4 hours. She informed me that the room was unavailable because it failed inspection and had to move me to another hotel. Jennifer tried her best but the whole experience was very inconvenient. Was put into another much smaller room and much noisier hotel for the same price. I know her hands were tied and not her fault but after trying to contact hotels.com for day with no response I’m left very disappointed in the website...
