"Considering what a beautiful property and otherwise perfect experience at the Gideon Putnam Resort and Spa, a new chef would be a deal changer! The cod fish we ordered was still cold inside and the food overall was terrible. And despite the breathtaking property, the hall leading to Victoria pool and bathroom were unkept and dirty. We will be back though!!!!

The photos of the property were beautiful and it seemed like a modern take on a retro design. Upon arrival my girlfriend and I were surprised to find the building facade to be different than what was posted online, a room that had dirt on its floors/tiles, paint chips in the shower, and a door that doesn’t quite fit its frame.
