The entire staff was AMAZING. Everyone was very friendly, kind, and helpful always greeting us when we arrived and left for the day. We stayed for over a week and would stay again -we enjoyed having a kitchen area, the pool was cleaned daily, and just give a chill vibe.

I enjoyed my stay at Seven Boutique. The room 29 was exactly as shown in pictures. The pool is great, just a lot of bugs. Noisy at night from Wednesday to Sunday. Otherwise staff is very friendly and helpful.

Classy decor

We loved how beautiful, clean and elegant the place was, that it had a full kitchen and everything our family needed. There was a concert on Saturday close by so it was not exactly a quiet night, but that may be typical of being downtown. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Across from the Bull Ring - Loud Music

The hotel is centrically located in town and is very clean and modern. However, we came for business and the hotel is across from the old bull ring and the techno music kept us up until 4 a.m. Next day we told the manager we had to leave because of the noise. We had to get up every day at 7 a.m. to work and it was impossible. Management was very accommodating.

Very nice property and amenities. We felt very safe with around the clock front desk concierge. The only thing is that it’s across from a club that plays super loud music until 5am. Enforcing quiet hours for the guests when the club isn’t open (which is only Monday and Tuesday) would be good. It would be nice if a few basic necessities were provided like salt, pepper, coffee maker, paper towels, extra bathroom tissue, etc.

Great location near all

We were greeted by Ramiro Garcia when we arrived. He was an absolute gem. He spoke English and explained all we needed to know about Seven Boutique and that we had a complimentary cleaning service since we were staying for 7 days. His friendly demeanor was much appreciated after a 5 1/2 hour flight. Since we were traveling with our two kids he offered suggestions of activities. There was also another two desk employees that were super helpful with calling us taxis and providing detailed instructions on locations we wanted to see. The location is also prime being two blocks away from a huge mall with a grocery store in it. Just a short bus ride to the beach!
