Good spot

Rubin allowed us to get into our room early. The beds were super comfortable. Having a restaurant and a small shop close by made life that much more comfortable. Having a shuttle to the airport was also great.

I liked that it was at a convenient location. I didn’t liked that my room wasn’t ready when I arrived (no bedding) they didn’t have enough clean towels and there was no hot water. The rooms are very bright at night and there’s a lot of noise outside

The only good part from this property was that it was close to the airport and we had an early flight the next day. The surroundings are weird, it is inside a parking lot. The staff was nice, they took care of our luggage for several hours. There was no internet , no TV inside the rooms, no doors in the bathroom and just 3 small pillows for 5 people. We took advantage of the location just 5 minutes away from the airport but that was it

Perfect as a stop over hotel, very close to the airport and transportation options are available. There was no staff in the morning and could not find anyone to help fix the cold shower. The hotel is fairly clean but seems old and in need of maintenance. Hope this review helps to improve issues with their staff and their facilities for future customers

No water. No room key. Not recommended.

This property did not feel safe. There was no water in the room. I was not provided a room key— I was told my door was propped open, which it was. The parking lot of this hotel is a rental car/airport shuttle parking lot. I would not book this again, even if it was the ONLY available bed in all of Cancùn.

Very bad service, there were no towels or toiletries in the bathroom, there was no one at the reception, it seems that the same person did the cleaning, the sheets were wrinkled and dirty, in general, messy and dirty.
