"Clean room and a good breakfast "

"Seemed like a really nice hotel until you walk in the front door to the terrible smell. It was so bad if the room had smelled that way I would have left. Front desk staff was very nice. Got to the room and it looked nice except for the dirty bedding in the corner floor. Then there is the floor! There was hair, a jewel, a dime and dirt in the floor by the hall. There was a long stain on the couch that looked like a crotch stain. The bathroom door was disgusting. Towels had stuff on them. The sink faucet in the bathroom is so far back it ran on the counter more than in the sink. The room was cheap, it didn’t smell bad and the sheets were clean. We were only staying to sleep a few hours so we felt with it but I wouldn’t go back. "

"Didn’t really visit the gym but they actually could use some sturdy beds because they actually squeaks and make noise when you’re trying to get comfortable but other than that everything was great!!!!!! "

"It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. Adds a bit of needless fretting but not a huge deal. Front desk staff could use a little work, they didn't honor our Expedia room booking and offered really nothing to help fix it. A/C in the room ran nonstop, wouldn't quite get to the setpoint, kinda loud. All in all a good experience, not perfect, but I'd stay again. "
