"We had a wonderful stay in Cornwall. Helen was an absolute star our entire stay, from a cream tea ready for our arrival, to posting some forgotten inhalers back to us in Leeds after we had left! The accomodation is beautiful and quiet, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We found it to be very peaceful and loved having the ability to cook our own food with the aid of plenty of supermarkets nearby. This accomodation is not one to be missed!"

"It was as nice as our memory of our first stay, when the sun shines there is only one place to be - on the terrace. Having said that it is very comfortable to be inside. It is a very friendly place to be to enjoy Cornwall."

"Tastefully decorated townhouse on quiet road a few minutes walk from Truro town centre, with off-street parking. Immaculately clean, with a wide selection of cold buffet breakfast. Spacious bedroom and en suite. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a refreshment room for use throughout the day for teas and coffees. Homemade cake was a nice extra touch - an delicious. Friendly hosts."

"The staff are lovely and the room was cleaned daily, which was appreciated. However, the room itself is very dated. The same applies to the bathroom, it appeared clean, but is clearly in need of refurbishment. There was visible mould on the ceiling and around the tiles, which felt more like a maintenance issue than something related to recent storm damage. After reading earlier reviews from last year, it’s a shame that some of these issues still haven’t been addressed. I was told a painter is...

"As always the Manning Hotel shines as the best Hotel in Truro City Centre. Its front desk and dinning staff are always helpful and courteous to guests. The Guest lounge is such a nice room to relax in after a long day of sight seeing! I look forward to my next visit."

"We were in an upstairs apartment which we had to access from a very quirky walk up some steps and through a mind your head whole in a wall. It gave to the old world feel of the place. Staff were amazing and the menu had everything my wife loved. Will definitely go again when visiting my sister. "

"The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. "Upon arrival we we greeted & shown to our room. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean, just what we wanted. After a good nights sleep we had breakfast in the bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that we had a choice of breakfast, we ordered a full English and avocado on toast with poached eggs & bacon. The food was cooked to perfection and was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Victoria In. Location...
