This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Fowey. We have stayed here a few times now and each time has been thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are friendly and keen to do what they can for you, the rooms are great (ours had double aspect windows over the river, which was delightful), and the food is really good too (we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant). Ideally placed to explore Fowey and all its shops, cafes and restaurants. We would happily visit again.

We had a lovely stay to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Marco the Manager was extremely welcoming , even putting our bags in our lovely room. The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay. We will be back.

Lovely weekend getaway

A lovely one night stay in this boutique hotel in the centre of Fowey. All staff were really friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The hotel had a lovely feel, was clean and comfortable with lovely touches in the rooms to welcome guests and wonderful smelling essential oil toiletries A lovely wide choice of breakfast options too, set in the dining room overlooking the water. Food was excellent and service in the restaurant very good. The overall ambience was very pleasant. Our room was disappointing. It was small with no seat other than the bed. Wardrobe and drawer provision were inadequate even for a 2 night stay. The lack of parking is a serious problem with a 800 yard walk to pick up the car unacceptable to many of your guests, but it's a problem that won't go away.
