"Staff friendly, room spacious and clean, bar area very nice. Breakfast although a good selection was poor. I asked for 1 poached egg on a toasted muffin first one was more like a hard boiled egg so sent this back, second one not much better."

"First and foremost…the staff…hands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! "Nice clean comfortable rooms, excellent gym. Food not bad either. Lacking atmosphere and room was very hot, window didn’t open very well but for the price it was excellent."
"Great hotel. Friendly welcome and quick check in. Large spacious room with Dyson fan included which was needed on a hot night. My room was on the front so some traffic noise but that doesn’t bother me. It’s a 10 min walk to Gidea Park station for trains in to London. Ery convenient location and a great price. There’s also a Micropub opposite which is worth a visit. "
