"I liked the hotel; I was very well taken care of, and the staff were very friendly. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was when trying to warm up milk for my daughter, as they do not provide a microwave in the room. However, they helped me warm the milk in the lobby; it was a bit inconvenient, though, since she drank milk twice a day."

All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."

"There was no spa. The picture of the outside isn't even of this property. It was functional, but the price reflected the room. Bare, simple, and nothing fancy. Good refrigerator, popped the circuit breaker when we ran the microwave. We were there for 9 nights, and were given clean towels twice. Both times, the room was left unlocked when we returned from a day at the tournament we were at. If you want a simple place to rest at night, this works. If you are looking for something nicer, this isn't it."
