"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels!

"Lovely little hotel for an overnight stay in Brighton. It’s in a great location, right near the beach, and very easy to find. Check in process was really quick, and we were given a bottle of cold water and shown up to our room.
Continental breakfast was included, and was a perfect amount of food. We were offered toast in addition to pastries, fruit, cereal etc.

"We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and very comfortable. The owner allowed us to have a late check in, as we were stuck in traffic on the way down. The breakfast was delicious and we were grateful for the dinner recommendation and parking tips. Thank you."

"Stayed for Brighton Pride. Hotel Staff was great! Check in super fast and easy. The breakfast was good too! Only problem was that only one elevator was working. It was super busy at breakfast time and because everybody was checking out Monday because Pride was over. But everything else was great! Super Close to the train station and Park for the festival. "
"Great location for a quick trip. Hotel is good location by the sea about 10 mins walk from train station. Nice little room at the top of the house which was greatly decorated and good view over the square out to sea. Can imagine the room gets hot on a nice day. Breakfast was nice.

"Very cute accommodation. Clean and modern! But be aware that communicating with them is impossible. I tried reaching out to them through the website comment page, two times through the Expedia chat, and I also called and left a phone message once without a call back. "
"Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead.
Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach.
