"Only criticism was that our room faces onto the lot behind. There was a very loud air conditioning unit that was on all night. So not the most restful night of sleep."

"They were absolutely holding the "Hilton" Standard (why I only stay Hilton) Our stay personified the Hilton Standard. Everyone was amazing. 5 Stars."

"Unpleasant check in experience. Internet is not secure and went down constantly. Phone didn't work. Parking should be included."

"Breakfast had a nice variety. Gym was well maintained. Room cleaning was okay but could be a little better (shower drain wasn’t cleared)."

"Loved this propery. Great location. Clean room. Bed was so comfy. Girl at front desk was so kind but there was a man at desk when we checked in. Not friendly even on day we left weekend of 9/20. Very strange. But overall great experience!"

"The cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning our room, however we had asked for a Handicap room with a walk in shower, when we got there it showed that it was Handicap but there was no walk in shower and when I asked about this at the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it, my wife is in a wheelchair so she had to take sponge baths the entire time we were there, and just to top things off there was no hot water the last day we were there. Thank you."

"Great place. The lobby area and bar area were the best. Nice ambience"

"Really enjoyed my stay there!!"

"This property is unique and historic, in a beautiful area. The room was great, although no TV. The roads are in quite bad shape and the parking is tough sometimes as it is all street parking and not guaranteed. Otherwise, the dining hall has great food and there are lots of activities like hikes you can join."

"Great views of the mountains. Nice pool/hot tub/gym. Well designed room and bathroom with good storage. Enjoyed borrowing bikes to explore the area. We didn’t end up using the shuttle service but appreciated the availability."

"This is a five star hotel and it lives up to the rating in every way, no complaints here."

"Good location"

"Beautiful area, no complaints about hotel."

"Super friendly & helpful front desk/breakfast staff. We needed to do laundry & it was smooth and easy. We would stay here again."

"This place was horrible for claiming to be handicapped Accessible nothing that was a handicapped feature in our room worked so I would recommend stay anywhere else"
